Молодіжні субкультури в сучасному світі

Abstract

У статті висвітлено питання молодіжної субкультури; подано характеристику основних видів молодіжної субкультури: хіпі, панки, готи, кришнаїти, геймери, фурі, скінхеди, металісти. Розглянуто вплив неформальних об’єднань на цінності й моральні норми молоді за сучасних умов.

В статье проанализирована проблема молодёжной субкультуры, дана характеристика её основных видов: хиппи, панки, готы, скинхеды, фури, геймеры, кришнаиты, металлисты. Рассмотрено влияние неформальных объединений на ценности и моральные нормы молодёжи в современных условиях.

The problems associated with the life and the self-affirmation of the younger generation have gained a special attention in modern conditions of social transformation and economic relations. Young people have always played an important role in social processes. Furthermore, they are considered to be one of the most vulnerable segments of population. This issue requires constant attention of society to the younger generations, their socialization and social adaptation.

This article contains a summary of scientific and theoretical views of both Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the issue of youth subculture. We consider the psychological and educational features of subcultures as driving forces in the development of personality. The mechanisms of formation of youth subculture and its influence on the mass consciousness of youth is revealed. The concept of youth culture is analysed; one of its classifications is reviewed, descriptions of its main types are given. The positive and negative influences of subcultures on the young people’s values and moral standards are revealed.
