Abstract: В статті висвітлено деякі проблеми системи фізичного виховання студентів закладів вищої освіти України. Розглянуто шляхи модернізації та впровадження інноваційних технологій в навчально-виховний процес з фізичного виховання. Проаналізовано можливість впровадження в український освітній простір елементів фізичного виховання розвинутих країн світу. Обґрунтовано важливість модернізації існуючої системи фізичного виховання в Україні з урахуванням вітчизняного і світового досвіду.
Introduction. In the context of educational European integration processes, with the connection of Ukraine to the Bologna Declaration, the issues of necessity of creation and implementation new approaches to the process of physical education of young students, modernization of system of physical education in High school are becoming relevant. The traditional system of organization and conducting of physical education in institutions of higher education in Ukraine needs to be converted and updated, since neither students nor managers of these institutions are satisfied. Purpose. To analyze recent condition of the system of student’s physical education in the institutions of Higher education in Ukraine and to figure out the ways of its reconstruction and modernization in light of Bologna process. Results. The issue of modernization and improvement of the quality of education in the system of physical education and sport is of concern to many scholars from both Ukraine and developed countries in the world. At the same time, various researches indicate that modernization is impossible without the innovative development of its components. Modernization of physical education in Ukraine requires the active search for new forms, methods and means of education aimed to improve the educational process and its intensification, preparing the growing generation for life under circumstances of market economy, analepsy. Originality. On the basis of analysis and comparison of the system of physical education of Ukraine with developed world systems, the authors made an attempt to determine the ways of its reconstructing and modernization in the light of the Bologna process. Conclusion. The reorganization of teaching and modernization of the discipline «Physical education» in institutions of Higher education in Ukraine, based on European and American models, requires a powerful material and technical base, re-training of physical culture personnel, a high level of students’ consciousness and a careful attitude towards their own health, so today, cannot be implemented completely. In our opinion, in addition to academic activities (interesting, meaningful, using the latest technologies), included in the schedule of lessons, sectional classes should be approved by student’s choice. The latest technologies in the organization of educational work can not only increase the efficiency of the educational process, but also increase the motivation for physical education classes, the desire to follow a healthy way of life, to develop and improve yourself physically.
