Наголошується, що аналіз цього феномена допомагає глибше зрозуміти сутність епохи її соціальних перетворень. Соціально-моральні та етичні цінності виступають фундаментальним критерієм оцінки діяльності суспільства за оцінкою діяльності суспільства по забезпеченню і захисту громадянських і економічних прав його членів. У перехідний, кризовий період на порядок денний виступає питання про діалектичну єдність економічної ефективності та морально-етичних пріоритетів і соціальної справедливості. Підкреслюється, що виникнення глобальних проблем свідчить про те, що стихійний спосіб розвитку економіки вже повністю вичерпав себе і необхідно піднятись до якісно нового рівня соціально-економічної інтеграції. Соціальні системи, в яких людина виступає лише засобом досягнення економічного інтересу, виявляються нежиттєздатними і, навпаки, зміцнюються і прогресують соціальні системи, які ставлять в центр економічного розвитку людину з її інтересами і потребами.; Man is the goal and criterion of economic development. At the same time, the assimilation of the latest technologies by people depends on their assimilation. The purpose of the study is determined by the need to analyze the impact on economic activity of spiritual culture, especially its attributive elements such as moral and aesthetic consciousness, social responsibility. Thus, it must be shown that economic culture is not an independent factor in the development of society, and spiritual culture is one of the defining regulators of the economy. Through the mechanism of motivation, spiritual values and norms of culture really regulate the economic behavior of the entrepreneur and are a specific guide to economic choice. Determining the policy of economic development of Ukraine, it is also necessary to take into account socio-cultural, value features that have historically developed in the Ukrainian economic mentality. Today, the economic project must correspond to the path from fundamental scientific discovery to a more abstract field of philosophy, sociology, morality, aesthetics, ergonomics and psychology. The economic needs of society bring to life and concentrate social initiative. The article examines the impact of morality and aesthetics on economic activity as a mandatory attribute of social progress. It is emphasized that the analysis of this phenomenon helps to better understand the essence of the era of its social transformation. Socio-moral and aesthetic values are a fundamental criterion for assessing the activities of society to ensure and protect civil and economic rights of its members. In the transition period, the crisis is on the agenda of the dialectical unity of economic efficiency and moral and aesthetic priorities and social justice. It is emphasized that the emergence of global problems suggests that the spontaneous way of economic development has completely exhausted itself and it is necessary to rise to a qualitatively new level of socio-economic integration. Social systems in which man acts only as a means of achieving economic interest are unsustainable and, conversely, strengthen and progress social systems that put at the center of economic development of man with his interests and needs.

Дослідження чинників становлення і розвитку демократичних режимів у пострадянських державах є актуальним для вивчення загальних трендів сучасного політичного розвитку, а також має безперечну цінність для української політичної науки. Вивчення досвіду пострадянських держав сприяє більш глибокому розумінню процесів, що відбуваються в сучасній політичній системі України. Порівняльний аналіз чинників демократизації в пострадянських державах дає можливість краще зрозуміти специфічні особливості розвитку демократії в Україні, науково пояснити їх природу і чинники впливу, виходячи з того, що при всіх відмінностях у моделях демократії ці моделі, проте, мають і певну загальну основу. Огляд існуючих теорій демократизації дав змогу виділити основні структурні чинники демократизації, що є найбільш релевантними для аналізу пострадянських політичних трансформацій взагалі і України зокрема.; The variety of forms, mechanisms, models of democracy does not call into question the existence of a certain common ground, but at the same time requires the development of their own criteria for their analysis and evaluation. Turning to the question of the development of democracy, it is necessary to note the important limitations and problems associated with the development of the concept of quality democracy. First of all, in order to assess the development of democracy, it is necessary to choose such criteria that are available only in democracies and cannot be applied to other types of political regimes. In addition, the evaluation criteria should relate to purely political aspects and not extend to other areas of society. The article is devoted to the study of factors influencing the development of democracy. The study of the factors of formation and development of democratic regimes in post-Soviet states is relevant for studying the general trends of modern political development, and also has indisputable value for Ukrainian political science. Studying the experience of post-Soviet states contributes to a deeper understanding of the processes taking place in the modern political system of Ukraine. Comparative analysis of the factors of democratization in post-Soviet countries allows us to better understand the specific features of democracy in Ukraine, scientifically explain their nature and factors of influence, based on the fact that despite all the differences in models of democracy, these models have a common basis. A review of existing theories of democratization has identified the main structural factors of democratization that are most relevant for the analysis of post-Soviet political transformations in general, and Ukraine in particular.

Вчені і політики пояснювали нерівноправне становище жінки в суспільстві, її гноблення й експлуатацію суперечками про те, чи є жінка людиною і чи має вона душу. Поняття «кар’єра» відносилось у більшості випадків лише до чоловічого населення, тому що успішність чоловіків визначалася їх вмінням заробляти гроші та досягати кар’єрного зростання в професійній діяльності. У наш час кар’єра стала важливою частиною самореалізації і для жінки. Традиційно українське суспільство є патріархальним суспільством, де вважається, що жінка працює, щоб жити, а чоловік працює заради реалізації свого потенціалу та кар’єрного зростання. Варто звернутися до дефініцій кар’єри. Існує чимало визначень поняття «кар’єра». У сучасному словнику можна знайти таке пояснення: «Кар’єра (від іт. сarriera – біг, життєвий шлях, поприще): 1) просування в якій-небудь сфері діяльності; 2) досягнення популярності, слави, вигоди; 3) позначення роду занять, професії (наприклад, кар’єра вчителя). Видається доцільним застосувати ґендерний підхід для аналізу кар’єри. Ґендерний підхід передбачає розгляд цього явища з позиції можливостей реалізації кар’єри залежно від належності до певної статі, розкриває особливості бачення кар’єри чоловіком і жінкою. З цим пов’язані ґендерні особливості, які впливають на бачення кар’єрного процесу та проблем, які виникають на тлі ґендерної дискримінації.; The problem of gender discrimination has not been definitively solved, although a system of gender norms started to form in the modern societyThey aim to overcome gender-based discrimination beyond just the workplace. Since antiquity and up until now traditional roles of men and women have led to inequality between the genders. The relevance of this topic is increasing. The problems of gender discrimination were explored by such scientists as T. Melnyk, T. Martsenyuk, V. Steshenko and others. The objective of this article is to determine the effect that gender has on the choice of career and to look at the types of gender-based discrimination in the workplace. Previously the term ‘career’ related to male population in 80% of cases, since the men’s success was defined by their skill of making money and achieving career growth at the job. Nowadays career has become an important part for womеn as well. The term ‘career’ is broadly interpreted as a sequence of stages of human development in the major areas of life (family, work, leisure). In a narrow sense, a career is associated with the labour activity of people, their professional life (professional career). The gender aspect suggests looking at this phenomenon from a point of opportunities to realize one’s career depending on the gender, and which explores in detail how men and women perceive careers. There are associated gender qualities that affect how the career process and the intermediary results of one’s career development are seen. Gender discrimination in the workplace is a serious problem which can harm not only the company, but all the employees and the management as well. Gender affects a wide range of attitude, behaviour and results associated with career. This includes the choice of career, career experience, professional health, attitude to work, perception of other people and career results. Therefore, in order to understand a person’s career, you have to take gender into account. At this point women suffer from social stereotypes, and since social opinion affects the uprooting of the stereotypes, we should work on this problem.
