Controlled two-sided convective-beam grain drying system

Title: Controlled two-sided convective-beam grain drying system
Authors: Tkachenko, Maksym; Halchenko, Volodymyr; Ткаченко, Максим Юрійович; Гальченко, Володимир Якович
Abstract: The system works on the principle of "layer-by-layer": intense short warm-ups on
both sides alternate with pauses of thermal equilibrium and blowing, which reduces temperature and
humidity unevenness in the grain thickness. For feedback, radiofrequency (dielectric) estimation of
flow humidity and infrared non-contact surface temperature measurement are used. The logic of
mode control, the selection of sensors and safety requirements are described. Comparative analysis
shows a reduction in drying time and specific energy consumption compared to traditional
convection, while reducing the risk of cracking and overheating. The practical aspects of integrating
the system into small-sized and modular post-assembly lines are considered. The compliance of the
approach with modern trends in intelligent drying control is shown.

Wear control of high-precision sliding electrical contacts in low-speed applications

Title: Wear control of high-precision sliding electrical contacts in low-speed applications
Authors: Fai, Vladyslav; Halchenko, Volodymyr; Фай, Владислав Анатолійович; Гальченко, Володимир Якович
Abstract: The article discusses approaches to increasing the durability and stability of
electrical parameters of precision low-speed sliding contacts. The purpose of the work is to reduce
wear and transient resistance while providing the required friction moment by optimizing coatings
and the technology of their formation. The use of electrochemical gilding with alloying and nickel
sublayer, as well as the procedure for running-in of the surface, is proposed; a test scheme is given
(brush-ring bench, friction machine SRV) and evaluation criteria. It is shown that the correct
selection of the composition and thickness of the coating layers, as well as treatment after application,
can reduce the intensity of wear and stabilize contact resistance in operating modes. The results can
be applied in current collectors of gyroscopic and other mechano-electrical devices

Development and research of a combined 3D scanner with precise determination of the geometry of dark and transparent objects

Title: Development and research of a combined 3D scanner with precise determination of the geometry of dark and transparent objects
Authors: Cherednychenko, Vitalii; Halchenko, Volodymyr; Чередніченко, Віталій Богданович; Гальченко, Володимир Якович
Abstract: The architecture of a combined non-contact 3D scanner is proposed, which combines
structured lighting, polarization imaging and an auxiliary depth channel (ToF/stereo) for reliable
measurement of complex surfaces – superblack, shiny and transparent. A consistent sequence of
calibrations, channel matching algorithms and glare screening, as well as rules for switching modes
to the material and scene conditions are described. It is shown that the use of cross-polarization and
multi-turn phase Depth safety coding increases the stability of phase deployment and reduces errors
in high-contrast areas. An example of hardware configuration and a table of recommended modes
for typical materials are given. The solution is focused on engineering metrology, restoration of
cultural heritage and quality control of glass and polycarbonate products, where standard methods
fail due to pixel saturation or refraction

Automated measuring stand for spacecraft control.

Authors: Rotayenko, Vitaly; Tuz, Vyacheslav; Trembovetska, Ruslana; Ротаєнко, Віталій Сергійович; Туз, Вячеслав Валерійович; Трембовецька, Руслана Володимирівна
Abstract: The aim of the work is to increase the level of metrological support for automated
measurement and computation complexes for mass geometry parameters (MGP) of spacecraft (SC)
by combining the measurements of mass, center of mass (CM) position, and components of the tensor
of inertia (TI) on a single piece of equipment. The problem of high cost, low unification, and high
operational expenses of traditional separate-base test benches is being solved. A combined scheme
is proposed, which integrates the method of forced balancing in an unstable position for measuring
static MGP and the physical pendulum method with an elastic coupling for dynamic MGP. The key
innovation is the replacement of expensive aerostatic bearings with standard rolling bearings,
incorporating a developed system for active compensation of dissipative forces (friction)]. An
experimental prototype of the "AMIK" test bench confirmed the achievement of high accuracy
indicators, equivalent to those of separate-base benches.
Key words: mass geometry parameters (MGP), spac
