Доведено, що формування результативної системи управління ризиками слід здійснювати на вимогах таких принципів: цільової спрямованості, системності, випереджувальної готовності, біфуркації, синергетичності, передбачуваності, обґрунтованого рівня допустимості відхилень у процесі діяльності підприємства, альтернативності та варіантності рішень, рівня повноти інформації, асиметрії інформації, обов`язковості оцінки явищ і процесів з точки зору корисності, некорисності і шкідливості, комплексності та ін.; Introduction. In modern conditions of the market economy development economic relations between subjects of activity both in domestic and foreign markets directly in the interaction with contractors of corporate interests are expanding. The tightness of communication and interdependence between the factors leading to the success of entrepreneurial structures activities are increasing. Under these conditions the requirements to the level of validity of all stages of control process are amplified. Problem statement. The risk factors, such as: organizational development in the priority system, corporate culture, organizational culture, management profile; environmental, competence etc., are not enough evaluated. All this together does not help to improve the performance of companies’ activities as socialeconomic systems. Target setting. The target orientation of enterprises’ activities is proved and methodological approach to the formation of effective risk management system is proposed. Results. The risk management is the component of management system and as the self-local system should be formed on the requirements of the systems, including: the target orientation of enterprises activities, the target orientation of the risk management as the system integrity; the functional providing goals of the implementation of the general objectives; the tasks system of strategic, operational and current character; the objects of the risk management; the subjects of the risk management; the methodological tools of the research, the informational support and evaluation of the risk management; the mechanisms of the risk management. Forming of effective risk management system should be implemented on the requirements of such principles: task orientation, systems, proactive readiness, bifurcation, synergy, predictability, reasonable level of the acceptability of the deviations in the company activities, the alternative and variance of the solutions, the information completeness level, the information asymmetry; the evaluation obligatoriness of the phenomena and processes in terms of usefulness, uselessness and harmfulness; complexity and so on. Conclusion. In the proposed methodological approach to the formation of effective risk management system and the maximum sufficient regard to the requirements of the mentioned principles in the process of the plans of strategic development of enterprises the preconditions for effective functioning of economic structures will be created. The grounds for the transition of Ukraine to the model of sustainable development are substantiated and the specified conditions are determined. It is also found that the problem of ensuring sustainable development must be solved through the systematic overcoming of economic, environmental and social problems at all levels. The factors and conditions of sustainable development, on the basis of which the principles of sustainable development are implemented in the context of globalization, are systematized. Обґрунтовано можливість вирішення проблем, притаманних сучасному етапу розвитку регіональних економічних систем, через взаємозв’язок соціального діалогу і соціального капіталу, формування на їх основі соціального партнерства та їх трансформації у різновиди економічного капіталу.; The post-industrial era requires a new look at the organization of social production and the system of economic relations and dictates the need for the use of social interaction modern instruments. The ideas of domestic and foreign scientists concerning the essence of the concept of "social dialogue" in its interrelation with social capital are researched. The characteristics of social dialogue are substantiated. The problems that impede the full realization of social dialogue at the regional level are determined. The direct proportional dependence of social capital and social dialogue, which complement and stimulate the development of each other, is revealed. The possibility of solving the problems inherent to the present stage of the development of regional economic systems through the interrelation of social dialogue and social capital, formation of social partnership based on their formation and their transformation into a variety of economic capital is substantiated.
