Abstract: При фізіологічних дослідженнях для оцінки активності головного мозку важливою умовою є зняття електроенцефалограми. У статті розглянуті питання побудови комп’ютерної системи для реєстрації ЕЕГ з використанням режиму переривань на рівні структури та алгоритмічного забезпечення. В залежності від методики реєстрації система містить від трьох до шістнадцяти амплітудних вимірювальних каналів. Для відфільтровування високочастотних завад пропонується додаткова процедура цифрової фільтрації з використанням поліномів Чебишева. Проведені розрахунки показали її ефективність. Пропонується методика оцінки мінімальної довжини реалізації.; In physiological studies, for the evaluation of brain activity, an important condition is the removal of the electroencephalogram. The article deals with the construction of a computer system for registration of EEG using the interrupt mode at the level of structure and algorithmic support. Depending on the recording technique, the system contains from three to sixteen amplitude measuring channels. An additional procedure for digital filtration using the Chebyshev polynomials is proposed for filtering of high-frequency interferences. The calculations made showed its effectiveness. The method of estimation of the minimum length of realization is offered. Запропонований інструмент оцінювання може бути застосований дирекціями і топ-менеджментом будівельних та девелоперських компаній для проведення самооцінки прогресу у розвитку проектно-орієнтованого управління, а також вибору дій, необхідних для переходу на вищий рівень зрілості.; The basic processes, methods and tools of the project risk management in the knowledge system “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” outlined. The theoretical and practical approaches to managing risk events affecting the cost, terms, quality of construction projects analysed. The correlation matrix of risk management processes to “tools and methods” of their implementation compiled. It is proposed to highlight the risk components as an important condition for the developer’s technological maturity in construction projects, programs, portfolio management. The risk management maturity model for the context of construction project risk management is developed. The mathematical description for the evaluation of five maturity levels of risk management presented. The restrictions of the target function of maturity “Risk Management” for each of the levels defined. The developed assessment tool is applicable for the work of top management of construction and development companies. It will be useful to self-assess progress in the development of risksustainable management. It is effective in choosing the actions necessary to move to a higher level of maturity. Abstract: Процеси глобалізації та євроінтеграції, необхідність відповідності до міжнародних норм, вимог і стандартів, забезпечення надання якісних медичних послуг населенню, сучасний стан системи охорони здоров’я з наявним у ній остаточним, але досить застарілим підходом до управління медичними закладами, вимагають всебічного системного аналізу, удосконалення існуючого провідного досвіду та адаптації проектно-орієнтованого управління до медичної сфери. У статті наведено дослідження моделей бізнес-процесів ініціалізації та реалізації проектів у медичному закладі без впровадження в них процесів і моделей проектного управління, аналіз їх особливостей та недоліки. Саме глибокий всебічний аналіз даних аспектів доводить актуальність та вказує на шляхи усунення недоліків через проведення інжинірингу існуючих процесів, побудови моделей бізнес-процесів медичних закладів у парадигмі сучасних напрацювань науки управління проектами, програмами і портфелями проектів.; MODELS OF PROJECT-ORIENTED MEDICAL INSTITUTION BUSINESS PROCESSES The sphere of public health is one of the most important in the state, and at the same time one of the most problematic in Ukraine. The processes of globalization and European integration, the need to comply with international norms, requirements and standards, ensuring the provision of quality medical services to the population, the current state of the health care system with its definitive but rather outdated approach to the management of medical institutions, require a comprehensive system analysis, improvement existing leading experience and adaptation of project-oriented management to the medical sector. The purpose of the article is to study existing models of business processes of medical institutions without integration of project management processes to determine further ways to increase their efficiency through the implementation of a project-oriented approach. The analysis of models "How it is" of business processes, which reproduce the work of medical institutions without implementation processes and models of project management, namely models of business processes of initialization and implementation of projects, is analyzed. The main drawbacks of such models are formulated. The identified features and disadvantages point to the necessity and should serve as the guiding for engineering of existing processes, the construction of business process models "As needed" in the paradigm of modern science management of projects, programs and project portfolios, taking into account the specifics of the management of medical institutions and the implementation of their projects.
