Розглядаючи мистецтво як своєрідну форму діалогу поколінь, дослідники філософсько-антропологічного аспекту відзначають, що діалогічність мистецтва спостерігається, поглиблюється і трансформується й донині в різних його жанрах і формах, але при цьому зауважують дегуманізацію сучасного мистецтва. Considering art as a peculiar form of the dialogue between generations, researchers of philosophical and anthropological aspect note that dialogic nature of art is observed, deepened and transformed even today in its various genres and forms, but at the same time they note the dehumanization of modern art. The functions of art - from education to psychotherapy - are revealed, and each of them is marked by profound impact of the results of the creative process on a person's understanding of his existence. Such influence occurs both on the artist and on the one who contemplates the result. It is emphasized that modern man especially needs art in its full dimensions. The theme of war in world art in a philosophical and anthropological vision continues against the background of Russian military aggression in the works of our contemporaries, where the terrible essence of war and the role of man in it are revealed, as well as the problem of self-identification of the individual is actualized.
