Використання мобільних додатків для оцінювання якості та безпечності продуктів харчування

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема використання мобільних додатків для оцінювання якості та безпечності продуктів харчування. Виконано класифікацію мобільних додатків для оцінювання якості та безпечності продуктів харчування. Виконано аналітичний огляд мобільних додатків для оцінювання якості та безпечності продуктів харчування. В основу функціонування мобільних додатків для оцінювання якості та безпечності харчових продуктів покладено інформування користувача про наявність консервантів, е-добавок та домішок. Корисний ефект від використання таких мобільних додатків полягає у розрахунку кількості необхідних та спожитих калорій з урахуванням фізіологічних особливостей користувача. Основними недоліками мобільних додатків є інформаційна надлишковість та недостатність, відсутність інтегральної оцінки безпечності харчових продуктів або необґрунтованість методів формування інтегральної оцінки.

In this paper the problem of using mobile applications to evaluate the quality and safety of food was considered. Mobile applications for evaluate the quality and safety of food have been classified. The following types of mobile applications for evaluating the quality and safety of food have been highlighted: information and reference applications, analytical applications, food calculators, e-book recipes, special-purpose applications. Information and reference mobile applications for evaluate the qualitynd safety of food are the most a widely used. They contain background information on the nutritional value of foods, indicators of food safety and nutritional supplements. An analytical review of mobile applications for evaluate the quality and safety of food products has been performed. The analysis made concludes that in the last decade a considerable amount of scientific research has been devoted to the problem of assessing the quality and safety of food. This interest is explained by the decrease in life expectancy and the increase in health problems in the population. Another important reason is the intensification of the competition between food producers in the commodity and food markets, which leads to the need to find a market niche. Much of the work on food quality assessment is based on the use of mathematical modeling. Mobile applications for assessing the quality and safety of foodstuffs are based on informing the user about the presence of preservatives, e-additives and impurities. The beneficial effect of using such mobile applications is to calculate the number of calories needed and consumed, taking into account the physiological characteristics of the user. The main disadvantages of mobile applications are the information redundancy and insufficiency, the lack of integrated food safety assessment, or the unreasonableness of integrated assessment calculation methods.
