Механізм створення ефективної системи державного регулювання соціального захисту населення

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню системи державного регулювання соціального захисту населення. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні підходи до дослідження системи соціального захисту населення, а саме загальний контекст надання послуг із соціального захисту населення. У другому розділі організаційні принципи державного регулювання та загальна характеристика правових принципів державного регулювання соціального захисту населення України. У третьому розділі здійснено моніторинг сучасного стану системи державного регулювання соціального захисту населення в Україні на прикладі управління соціального захисту населення Чигиринської районної державної адміністрації. Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел із 80 найменувань. Робота містить 5 рисунки.

The work is devoted to the research of the system of state regulation of social protection of the population. The first section discusses theoretical approaches to the study of the social protection system of the population, namely the general context of the provision of social protection services to the population. In the second section, organizational principles of state regulation and general characteristics of legal principles of state regulation of social protection of the population of Ukraine. The third section monitors the current state of the system of state regulation of social protection of the population in Ukraine on the example of the social protection department of the population of the Chyhyryn district state administration. Master's qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources of 80 titles. The work contains 5 drawings.
