Особливості формування та регулювання інвестиційних заходів в Сполучених Штатах Америки

Abstract

У статті висвітлено особливості формування та регулювання інвестиційних заходів у Сполучених Шта- тах Америки. Досліджено основні комплекси заходів державного управління в Сполучених Штатах Америки щодо подолання наслідків кризи та формування сприятливого інвестиційного середовища. Досліджено причини та наслідки інвестиційних заходів, особливості регулювання інвестиційної діяльності на державному рівні. Узагальнено результати вжиття заходів антикризового державного управління. Наведено види державного управління, розкрито особливості руху інвестиційних потоків, досліджено динаміку прямих іноземних інвестицій у США, визначено цілі інвестиційної політики країни. Визначено організаційно-інноваційні напрями формування та регулювання інвестиційного потенціалу, що ґрунтуються на активізації новітніх наукових підходів.

Economic growth of any country in the world is impossible without the availability of resources for economic development. Investments are the most important source of economic growth. The development of the investment sphere of the economy has always occupied a major place in economic thought. The category of investments is an element of economic growth of economic activity of both Ukraine and countries of the world. It is advisable to consider the investment potential in closely interconnected and mutually beneficial groups of potential with intellectual, resource-raw material, infrastructure, and innovation, institutional, consumer, market-financial, climatic, geopolitical and legal potential. Effective investment development is due to the difficult economic growth of investment potential, the key to which is the information potential and, in particular, image potential as one of the most important components of investment potential. Taking into account the current progress and the level of implementation of computer and electronic technologies taking into account the economic, technological and social importance of investment potential, the question of the reliability of investment support of the national economy is extremely acute. Thus, the investment potential of the national economy is the main goal, for which the country’s policy is primarily directed. Today, the investment market does not provide all the components of its development and formation, therefore, stable functioning and development in interconnection with other branches should be the highest priority of national economy management. The experience of the leading countries of the world shows that effective formation and regulation of investment potential is carried out through management of component capacities. The cumulative effect created by the regulation of the created components of capacity, far exceeds the efficiency of regulation of only investment potential. The reason for this is the use of analytical base in the methodology of forming investment potential.

В статье освещены особенности формирования и регулирования инвестиционных мероприятий в Соединенных Штатах Америки. Исследованы основные комплексы мероприятий государственного управления в Соединенных Штатах Америки по преодолению последствий кризиса и формирования благоприятной инвестиционной среды. Исследованы причины и последствия инвестиционных пероприятий, особенности регулирования инвестиционной деятельности на государственном уровне. Обобщены результаты принятия мероприятий антикризисного государственного управления. Приведены виды государственного управления, раскрыты особенности движения инвестиционных потоков, исследована динамика прямых иностранных инвестиций в США, определены цели инвестиционной политики страны. Определены организационно-инновационные направления формирования и регулирования инвестиционного потенциала, которые основаны на активизации новейших научных подходов.
