Управлінські технології стимулювання малого й середнього бізнесу в Черкаському регіоні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості теорії поляризації та обґрунтовано етапи формування полюсів зростання Черкаського регіону із визначенням основних результуючих показників. Наведено візуалізацію концепції поляризації Черкаського регіону та обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок із застосуванням управлінських технологій. Розроблено модель обсягу ринку малого й середнього бізнесу Черкаського регіону та на основі неї запропоновано етапи сценаріїв розвитку подій у Черкаському регіоні. Обґрунтовано необхідність та доцільність застосування оптимістичного сценарію, який сприятиме зменшенню рівня диференціації регіонального розвитку, підвищенню конвергенції регіонів України та результативності діяльності МСБ у Черкаському регіоні зокрема

The process of development and decision making is now actively implemented using management techniques which should achieve a particular purpose of companies and regions. Effective use of modern control technologies significantly improves the performance of enterprises and regions, creates necessary directions for their incentives and competitiveness in regional market. But in the period of uncertainty and unpredictability, the role of interdisciplinary approaches that explain phenomena and processes, using logic and thinking, is increasing. Overcoming of some disparities in economic environment and active SME stimulation in the region is possible through the use of management techniques with new interdisciplinary approaches. The combination of technologies and approaches helps to a better research and obtaining of desired results in predicting events of different aspects character. The theory of growth poles has been recognized as a basic theory initiation and propagation, found practical application in the development of numerous strategies for economic growth. Current economic relations between the regions of the country have recently worsened due to strengthening of regional disparities in economic development, which could be according to the following reasons: striving for market competition, which divides regions on their competitive advantages and disadvantages; different ability to adapt to market conditions with different economic structure and different mentality of the population and authorities; weakened adjusting role of the state, manifested in the reduction of public investment in regional development, rejecting most regional economic and social compensation; actual inequality of different cities and towns in regions in economic relations with the center.
