Еколого-освітній потенціал лісогосподарської галузі для реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку

Abstract

На підставі аналізу науково-педагогічних джерел, вивчення особливостей професійної підготовки бакалаврів спеціальності «Лісове господарство» досліджено та обґрунтовано методологічні аспекти еколого-освітнього потенціалу лісогосподарської галузі в контексті реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано перспективність прикладного аспекту когнітивного та праксеологічного компоненту фахівця лісівничої галузі й впровадження практичного досвіду ведення лісового господарства, здатність проектувати та адаптувати набуті знання для аналізу біологічних явищ і процесів, їх біометричної обробки та математичного моделювання. Виокремлено розуміння і здатність здобувачів до аналізу лісостанів та закономірності розвитку лісових біогеоценозів з врахуванням екологічних чинників при оцінці економічної ефективності, особливості підвищення продуктивності насаджень та їх біологічної стійкості, ощадливе, на екологічних засадах, використання лісових ресурсів. Схарактеризовано головне завдання у підготовці здобувачів вищої освіти, пов’язане з виробничою діяльністю, а саме вміння своєчасно і реально оцінити вплив процесів техногенезу на стан лісових екосистем та виявляти еколого-економічні ризики. Проаналізовано нові підходи та методології організації освітнього процесу, серед яких, заслуговує на увагу система використання елементів дуальної освіти, як цілісного поєднання поступовості набуття необхідних знань, що закріплюються практичними вміннями та навичками безпосередньо на місцях роботи майбутніх фахівців, а саме на лісогосподарських підприємствах.

Introduction. Systematic routine economic activities have led to depletion of natural resources, environmental pollution and nullified the level of well-being of human life. Recent world events involving the uncontrolled spread of the virus infection have proved the simple truth that no economic growth, wealth, excessive material goods and consumer priorities can resist the laws of the universe. The purpose of the article. To consider and consolidate the methodological aspects of ecological and educational potential of the forestry industry for the implementation of sustainable development strategy in the process of professional training. Results. Among the new approaches and methodologies of the educational process, the system of dual education deserves an attention as a mean of a holistic combination of gradual acquisition of certain knowledge consolidated by practical skills directly at workplaces of future professionals, namely forestries, hunting and other special facilities. The dual education introduction experience is implemented in Cherkasy State Technological University and stipulates the integration of second-year students in the manufacturing process of the industry. Students demonstrate well-developed professional skills, great responsibility for appointed duties, the ability to work with measuring instruments, and to establish collective team work as well. Upon obtaining some experience of such training, we acknowledge positive changes and mind shifts of our senior students regarding the necessity to apply acquired practical skills and knowledge to solve professional problems with compulsory context of environmental requirements and opportunities of natural complexes as the main production areas of future foresters. Originality. The introduction of elements of the direction is implemented on the basis of educational and professional program "Forestry", regulations on the introduction of elements of dual form of higher education in Cherkasy State Technological University and agreements on intentions to introduce elements of dual education with state forestry enterprises. The elements of the dual form of education are devoted to improve the training quality of future specialists in the forestry field in accordance with the requirements of the Standard of Higher Education specialty 205 Forestry of the first (bachelor) level of higher education, effective formation of practical professional competences, increasing of the practical aspect of students at the university and in the units of Cherkasy Regional Department of Forestry and Hunting facilities (state forestry enterprises). Conclusion. As a result, during the dual training students get acquainted with the best professional experience of forestry specialists, psychopathologists, heads of forestry departments of the Cherkasy Regional Department of Forestry and Hunting facilities. Ecologically oriented education and manufacturing are to change the behavior and stereotypes of the nation from the need for hypertrophied exploitation of natural resources to the limited use, which is the basis of rational use of nature as a new paradigm of social production in the context of sustainable development.
