Abstract

The modern world is in a state of constant changes, innovations and new challenges. The emergence of new methods of management, resource conservation, and process optimization is inherent not only in business but also in higher education institutions. Therefore, Lean technologies are gradually being introduced into the field of education. Many scientists have paid attention to the development of the concept of lean production. The proposed work presents the LEAN mathematical model of educational and methodological project management in higher education institutions.
