Формування життєвої стратегії естетики здоров’я майбутнього вчителя фізичного виховання

Abstract

У сучасних умовах життя суспільства дедалі більше загострюються кризові явища, зокрема виникають численні соціальні суперечності й хвороби, тому особливо актуально постає питання про якість фізкультурно-педагогічної освіти, від результативності якої значною мірою залежить рівень здоров’я нації. Основним завданням освіти визначено виховання гармонійно розвиненої, морально й фізично здорової особистості, яка відповідально ставиться до власного здоров’я та здоров’я інших осіб як до найвищої індивідуальної й суспільної державної цінності. Для з’ясування спрямованості навчально-виховного процесу ЗВО на формування у майбутніх учителів фізичного виховання життєвої стратегії естетики здоров’я було проведено процедуру анкетування, яким охоплено кілька запитань. 1. У чому полягає сутність життєвої стратегії естетки здоров’я і які саме найістотніші аспекти можна в ній виокремити? 2. Як впливає така якість учителя фізичного виховання на ефективність його роботи з дітьми? 3. Чи сприяє Ваш тип життєвої стратегії естетики здоров’я ефективному та гармонійному психофізичному і духовному розвитку дітей? 4. Чи потрібно до програм дисциплін професійної підготовки включити матеріал з формування життєвої стратегії естетки здоров’я суб’єктів педагогічного процесу? 5. Якій дисципліні Ви віддаєте перевагу у формуванні життєвої стратегії естетки здоров’я майбутнього вчителя фізичного виховання? За аналізом відповідей студентів з’ясувалося, що більшість із них поняття життєвої стратегії естетики здоров’я пов’язує з ідеалом фізичної, психічної і духовної краси людини. На думку респондентів, стратегія як спосіб дій стає необхідною за ситуації, коли для досягнення краси тіла і духу та психічної рівноваги потрібно ефективно використовувати наявні здоров’язберігальні та здоров’ятворчі ресурси. З’ясовано причини неефективності формування життєвої стратегії естетики здоров’я у майбутніх учителів фізичного виховання. Зокрема, це нереалізованість науково-педагогічних підходів, законів і принципів, недостатність навчально-методичного забезпечення теоретичної бази, а також непідготовленість викладачів. .

In the modern conditions of social life, crisis phenomena are becoming more and more acute, in particular, numerous social contradictions and diseases are emerging. Therefore, the question of the quality of physical education and pedagogic education, the effectiveness of which largely depends on the level of health of the nation, becomes especially relevant. The main task of education is the upbringing of a harmoniously developed, morally and physically healthy individual who responsibly treats his own health and the health of others as the highest individual and public state value. In order to find out the orientation of the educational and educational process of the higher education institution on the formation of the life strategy of health aesthetics in future teachers of physical education, a questionnaire procedure was conducted, which covered several questions: 1. What is the essence of the life strategy of a health esthetician and what are the most important aspects that can be singled out in it? 2. How does this quality of a physical education teacher affect the effectiveness of his work with children? 3. Does your type of life strategy of health aesthetics contribute to more effective harmonious psychophysical and spiritual development of children? 4. Is it necessary to include material on the formation of the life strategy of health aesthetics of the subjects of the pedagogical process in the programs of professional training disciplines? 5. Which discipline do you prefer in forming the life strategy of a future physical education teacher? The analysis of the students' answers revealed that most of them associate the concept of the life strategy of health aesthetics with the ideal of physical, mental and spiritual beauty of a person. According to the respondents, the strategy as a method of action becomes necessary in situations where to achieve the beauty

of the body and spirit and mental balance it is necessary to effectively use available health care and health- creating resources.

The reasons for the ineffectiveness of the formation of a life strategy of health aesthetics among future physical education teachers have been clarified, such as the non-implementation of scientific and pedagogical approaches, laws and principles, the lack of educational and methodological support of the theoretical base, as well as the lack of preparation of teachers.
