Диференціація регіонів за рівнем продовольчого забезпечення із застосуванням кластерного аналізу

Abstract

В статті аргументується актуальність проведення диференціації регіонів за рівнем продовольчого забезпечення. Основною метою проведеного дослідження є виявлення типологічних груп регіонів зі схожими тенденціями розвитку продовольчого комплексу. Таке сегментування регіонів дозволить розробити найбільш актуальні і затребувані в кожній групі регіонів заходи щодо підвищення рівня продовольчого забезпечення, сприятиме обгрунтованому прийняттю стратегічних рішень щодо створення партнерських програм розвитку АПК.

Визначено доцільність і особливості застосування кластерного аналізу. Сформовано систему показників розвитку сільського господарства та харчової промисловості, як ключових структурних елементів продовольчого комплексу регіону. За допомогою ієрархічного агломеративного методу кластерного аналізу досліджено 24 регіони України, побудовано дендрограми групування регіонів за рівнем розвитку сільського господарства та харчової промисловості. На основі проведеного дослідження дана узагальнююча оцінка і здійснений міжрегіональний порівняльний аналіз показників продовольчого забезпечення регіонів та факторів, що визначають їх територіальну диференціацію.

The article explains the urgency of differentiation of regions by the level of food supply. The main purpose of the study is to identify typological groups of regions with similar trends in the development of the food complex. Such segmentation of regions will allow to develop the most actual and demanded measures in each group of regions for raising the level of food supply, will facilitate the informed decision-making in the creation of partnership agribusiness agribusiness programs.

The expediency and features of cluster analysis are determined. The purpose of this study is to test the method of cluster analysis of the correctness of the integration of individual regions into groups according to the parameters of food complex development. The methodology and results of the study can serve as an information and analytical basis for the development of effective measures to improve the level of food security, increase the competitiveness of the region, make strategic decisions on the creation of partnership agribusiness development programs. The system of indicators of development of agriculture and food industry has been formed as key structural elements of the food complex of the region. Using the hierarchical agglomerative method of cluster analysis, 24 regions of Ukraine were investigated, dendrograms of grouping of regions by the level of development of agriculture and food industry were constructed. The analysis of the indices of development separately in agriculture and separately in the development of the food industry has allowed to identify a group of regions with a strong resource raw material potential and a group of regions with significant opportunities in the processing industry. A group of regions that have the greatest influence on the formation of the country's food security is identified.

On the basis of the conducted research, a general assessment was made and an inter-regional comparative analysis of the food supply indicators of the regions and the factors determining their territorial differentiation was made.
