Організаційно-економічні особливості функціонування і розвитку малих підприємств у регіонах України

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження обумовлена негативним впливом економіко-політичної ситуації в Україні на розвиток малого бізнесу в регіонах та на не виконання малими підприємствами основних економічних функцій, якими забезпечуються розвиток національної та регіональної економік. Обґрунтована необхідність підсилення організаційного забезпечення інформаційним. Наведено перспективні бізнес-ідеї щодо організації малого бізнесу, який здатний задовольнити вишукані потреби населення регіонів у товарах та послугах. Окреслено напрями економічного забезпечення функціонування і розвитку малих підприємств на рівні регіонів. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо конкретизації заходів по кожному із напрямів економічного забезпечення.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the negative impact of the economic and political situation in Ukraine on the development of small business in the regions and on the failure of small enterprises to fulfill the basic economic functions that ensure the development of national and regional economies. The small business sector carries out very important functions (the ability to respond quickly to changes in consumer inquiries and fill the void in the consumer sector, the creation of various forms of competition, low payback, and mobility in market conditions) both in the Ukrainian economy and in the socio-economic development of its regions. However, to ensure their implementation due to the instability of the political and economic situation in the country, it is impossible to do without a profound change in the organizational and economic conditions of the functioning of small enterprises in the regions, taking into account their territorial specifics and features of regional development. The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the organizational and economic support of the functioning and development of small enterprises in the regions of Ukraine. The organizational and economic support of the functioning and development of small enterprises in the regions of Ukraine is investigated. The necessity of strengthening the organizational support of information is grounded. Prospective business ideas on the organization of small business that is able to meet the exquisite needs of the population of the regions in goods and services are presented. The directions of economic support for the functioning and development of small enterprises at the regional level are determined. Complexity in providing organizational measures and economic resources for the activities of small enterprises in the region will allow to solve a number of important tasks connected with the growth of their profit, performance and achievements of a higher level of competitiveness. Undoubtedly, this issue still requires solving a number of problems both theoretical and practical, in line with the dynamism of the development of the information society, the deployment of informatization processes, socio-economic growth of the regions, stability and auspiciousness of the country's environment. The scientific novelty of the research consists in substantiating proposals for specifying measures in each of the areas of economic support. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results of the study can be used in the formation of the organizational economic mechanism for the development of small business in the regions.
