Перспективні напрямки розвитку електроенергетичного ринку України: інновації та регіональні кластери

Abstract

В статті досліджено застосування кластеризації в сучасній регіональній економіці. Розглянуто регіональну кластеризацію з урахуванням особливостей функціонування ринку електроенергії. Запропоновано створення інноваційних кластерів на національному ринку електроенергії України, оцінено переваги таких територіальних утворень.

Regional opportunities, world clustering experience, system market changes, modern energy trends lead to a gradual change in management approaches to regional management in the Ukrainian electricity market towards the cluster economy. Using of clusters has many advantages because it leads to the development of the market due to the relationship with a number of factors. A feature of clustering in the energy sector is the improvement of ways of doing business and building economic management on the basis of intellectuality and innovation. The implementation of cluster initiatives of the Ukrainian electricity market allows the formation of new management approaches aimed on giving incentives to the development of renewable energy, accelerating the pace of European integration, and obtaining other additional benefits. Given the popularity of renewable energy today, this article proposes the development of the basis for the cluster forms for the Ukrainian electricity market, taking into account modern directions of innovation and the features of the functioning of regional electricity markets
