Оцінка економічної ефективності управління комерціалізацією в підприємницьких структурах регіону .

Abstract

У статті розглянута нормативно-правова база, що регулює процеси трансферу та комерціалізації інтелектуальних продуктів в Україні, яка на сьогодні формується й розвивається в межах сучасних викликів трансформаційного періоду. Розглянуто проекти з розвитку трансферу та комерціалізації інтелектуальних продуктів в Україні, що дозволяє стверджувати про необхідність систематизації й удосконалення методик оцінки економічної ефективності управління комерціалізацією в підприємницьких структурах регіону. Визначено, що рекомендовані Державним комітетом України з питань науки, інновацій та інформатизації методичні інструменти з оцінки економічної ефективності управління комерціалізацією в підприємницьких структурах не є досить повними, тому рекомендовано їх доповнити. Запропоновано методику оцінки ефективності комерціалізації в підприємницьких структурах регіону, що дозволить доповнити й удосконалити існуючі методики.

The article deals with the regulatory framework governing the processes of transfer and commercialization of intellectual products in Ukraine, which today is formed and developed within the framework of modern challenges of the transformation period. The projects on the development of the transfer and commercialization of intellectual products in Ukraine are considered, which allows us to assert the need to systematize and improve the methods of assessing the economic efficiency of commercialization management in the entrepreneurial structures of the region. It has been determined that the methodical tools recommended by the State Committee of Ukraine on Science, Innovation and Informatization for assessing the economic efficiency of commercialization management in entrepreneurial structures are not sufficiently complete, therefore it is recommended to supplement them. The technique of estimation of commercialization efficiency in entrepreneurial structures of the region is suggested, which will allow to supplement and improve the existing methods.
