Проблемні аспекти формування ефективної моделі управління якістю життя населення

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні методичні підходи до оцінки якості життя населення в умовах трансформації. Проаналізовано якість життя населення України за основними методиками оцінки. Виявлено проблемні аспекти формування ефективної моделі управління якістю життя суспільства, серед яких відсутність єдиної методики оцінки якості життя, системного опису соціально-економічної природи, складових організації аналізу, планування і прогнозування якості життя; технології управління якістю життя населення; балансу інтересів держави, бізнесу та населення в сфері забезпечення якості життя.

The basic methodological approaches to the assessment of the quality of life in the conditions of transformation were grounded in the article. We analyzed the quality of life of the population of Ukraine for the main assessment methods. Revealed the problematic aspects of the formation of an effective model of quality of life of society Management, including the lack of: uniform methodology for assessing the quality of life, the system description of socio-economic nature that make up the organization of the analysis, planning and forecasting of quality of life; management quality technologies of life; the balance of interests of the state, business and population in ensuring the quality of life.
