Технології політичного спілкування в контексті сучасних глобалізаційних змін

Abstract

Глобалізація викликала до життя низку процесів, які потребують глибокого переосмислення. Серед них – крах блокової системи розмежування держав, мінімізація тоталітарного мислення і світобудови, зростання сили й значення філософії миру та співробітництва, піднесення авторитету і активізація діяльності демократичних інститутів тощо. Ці зміни спричинюють необхідність встановлення нових «правил гри» щодо вирішення проблем, які виникають у глобалізованому світі. На зміну «авторитету сили» приходить «авторитет розуму», а разом з ним – нові технології дипломатії, котрі ґрунтуються на толерантності та взаємному розумінні. Водночас зміна світових реалій детермінує запровадження такого принципу політичної взаємодії як консенсус. Усе це зумовлює необхідність належного теоретичного осмислення природи і технологій політичного спілкування.

Globalization has brought to life a series of processes that require deep rethinking. Among them – the collapse of a block of differentiation, minimizing the totalitarian thought and creation, increase in strength and values philosophy of peace and cooperation, enhance the credibility and revitalization of democratic institutions and the like. These changes make it necessary to establish new «game rules» to address problems in a globalized world. In place of the «power of authority» comes «the authority of reason», and along with it – new technology diplomacy, which is based on tolerance and mutual understanding. At the same time changing world realities determines the introduction of the principle of political interaction as a consensus. All this calls for a proper theoretical understanding of technology and political communication
