Роль інформаційних технологій у господарській діяльності вітчизняних підприємств

Abstract

У статті розглянуто погляди на трактування категорії «інформаційна технологія». Охарактеризовано п’ять основних типів інформаційних систем відповідно до функціональних сфер управління підприємством. Виявлено, що сфера комп’ютерних та інформаційних технологій за останні роки демонструє суттєве підвищення темпів розвитку. Значні темпи впровадження інформаційних технологій забезпечують зростання чисельності обчислювальної техніки у користуванні вітчизняних підприємств, що представлено у статті. Охарактеризовано різноманітні інформаційні технології, які реалізовуються у формі різноманітних інформаційних систем та інформаційних комплексів на рівні підприємства, зокрема такі: MRP, SCM, BPR, ERP, MIS, BI. Представлено та охарактеризовано складові алгоритму використання інформаційних технологій у господарській діяльності підприємства, а також етапи механізму впровадження інформаційних технологій на підприємстві. Визначено роль та основні завдання, вирішення яких забезпечує впровадження інформаційних технологій на вітчизняних підприємствах.

In the article the views on the interpretation of information technology category are considered. Five main types of information systems according to the functional areas of enterprise management are described. It has been revealed that the sphere of computer and information technologies in recent years demonstrates a significant increase in the pace of development. Significant rates of implementation of information technologies provide an increase in the number of computer devices used by domestic enterprises, which is presented in the article. The improvement of economic activity management is one of the most important tasks of any enterprise. Effective enterprise management is impossible without managing its information activities. The use of information technologies is provided to ensure the efficient computer processing of information resources, the preservation of significant amounts of economically important information and the transfer of it in a convenient and fast way. Therefore, the optimization of the enterprise's activities based on the use of modern information technologies becomes important. The purpose of the article is to study the approaches to the implementation of information technologies in the economic activities of enterprises, as well as to deepen the theoretical aspects and develop practical recommendations for the implementation of economic mechanism of the use of information technologies in domestic enterprises. Various information technologies that are implemented in the form of various information systems and information complexes at the enterprise level, such as: MRP, SCM, BPR, ERP, MIS, BI, are characterized. The components of the algorithm of information technologies use in enterprise’s economic activities are presented and characterized. The stages of the mechanism of information technologies implementation at enterprises are described. The role and main tasks, which are solved by introduction of information technologies at domestic enterprises, are determined
