Abstract

Здійснено концептуальний аналіз феномена довіри як набору специфічних очікувань, що мають переважно моральну природу. Довіра розглядається в контексті позитивних очікувань намірів, безпеки, компетентності, надійності, соціального порядку. Звертається увага на розрізнення очікувань в довірі та упевненості, а також в довірі та недовірі.
