Становлення та розвиток пожежної охорони на об’єктах промисловості України у міжвоєнний період

Abstract

Стаття присвячена історії створення та розвитку відомчої пожежної охорони ВРНГ УСРР. Метою наукової публікації є проведення аналізу організаційних питань і практичної діяльності з розбудови системи протипожежного захисту на об’єктах промисловості України у міжвоєнний період. Безпосередніми завданнями є: висвітлення передумов організації пожежної охорони на промислових об’єктах, аналіз основних проблем у матеріально-технічному та кадровому забезпеченні пожежних підрозділів відомчої пожежної охорони ВРНГ, об’єктивне відображення ролі Пожежнострахової інспекції у формуванні протипожежного захисту підприємств. На основі застосування загальнонаукових методів була досягнута мета та реалізовані заплановані завдання.

The article is devoted to the history of creation and development of fire protection department of the Supreme Council of the National Economy of the Ukrainian SSR. The purpose of scientific publication is to conduct an analysis of organizational issues and practical activities on the development of fire protection system at industrial facilities of Ukraine in the interwar period. Immediate tasks are the following: coverage of prerequisites for organizing fire protection at industrial facilities, analysis of the main problems in material, technical and personnel support of the subdivisions of fire protection department of the Supreme Economic Council, an objective reflection of the role of Fire and Insurance Inspectorate in the formation of fire protection of enterprises. The goal has been achieved and the planned tasks have been implemented by applying scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, empirical methods)
