Вплив національних традицій на розвиток візуальної культури в Україні

Abstract

Питання збереження національних традицій є одним з актуальних та нагальних і його вирішення неможливе без вивчення найкращих зразків матеріальної та духовної культури нашої країни. Національні традиції характеризуються художніми явищами народного та професійного мистецтва, а творчість митців має вагоме значення і впливає на розвиток візуальної культури в Україні. В статті, як приклад, розглянуто витинанку як засіб графічної виразності у візуальній культурі і обґрунтовано значення витинанки у ствердженні національних традицій в мистецтві України. На сьогоднішній день мало досліджень з цієї проблематики, а виставки, використання в дизайні інтер’єрів, графічному дизайні, видання каталогів з витинанками не повною мірою відображають розвиток цього виду декоративного мистецтва у візуальній культурі України.
