Політична боротьба ліберальної опозиції у земських інституціях північної України (80 рр. ХІХ ст.)

Abstract

У публікації йдеться про політичну боротьбу опозиційної фронди у земських інститутах Північного Лівобережжя, яка тривала у 80 рр. ХІХ ст. Мета роботи – лаконічно показати коло основної проблематики, навколо якої у досліджуваний період палала гостра політична боротьба між земськими лібералами і консерваторами. За допомогою досліджень науковців ХІХ ст., історико-генетичного методу,контент-аналізу, методів індукції та дедукції, аналізу та синтезу, проблемно-хронологічного методу викладено генезу, соціальну сутність та ідеологічну спрямованість політичного протистояння у земських установах північної України,конкретні приклади вияву цього антагонізму та боротьби. Автор приходить до думки, що досліджувані явища стали неминучим наслідком доленосних трансформацій, які відбувались у Російській імперії за доби Великих реформ.

The publication deals with the political struggle of the opposition front in the zemsky Institutes of the Northern Left Bank, which lasted in the 80th ХІХ с. The purpose of the work is to briefly show the range of basic issues around which during the period under investigation the sharp political struggle between zemstvo liberals and conservatives was burning. With the help of researches of the nineteenth century scholars, the historical genetic method, content analysis, methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, problem-chronological method, the genesis, social essence and ideological orientation of political confrontation in zemsky institutions of northern Ukraine, concrete examples of this manifestation antagonism and struggle. The author comes to the idea that the phenomena studied were the inevitable consequence of the fateful transformations that took place in the Russian Empire during the Great Reforms
