Abstract

Обрана для дослідження тема є досить актуальною в сучасному українському суспільстві, так як саме сфера охорони здоров'я відноситься до числа пріоритетних напрямків соціальної політики в сучасній державі, адже здоров'я населення і нації в цілому являє собою найбільш важливу цінність і в той же час виступає важливою складовою загального соціально - економічного потенціалу країни. Об'єктом даного дослідження є державна політика в сфері охорони здоров'я. Предметом даного дослідження є проблеми в сфері охорони здоров'я та шляхи їх вирішення. Мета даної роботи - дослідити проблеми, а також шляхи їх вирішення в сфері охорони здоров'я з точки зору населення м. Черкаси. Для цього він обумовлені наступні завдання: - вивчити теоретичні аспекти державної політики в сфері охорони здоров'я; - виявити проблеми в сфері охорони здоров'я з точки зору населення м. Черкаси; - проаналізувати шляхи вирішення проблем в сфері охорони здоров'я з точки зору населення м. Черкаси; - за результатами дослідження зробити відповідні висновки. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що запропонована робота є одним із досліджень, в межах якого здійснена спроба комплексної характеристики засад державної політики України. The topic chosen for the study is quite relevant in modern Ukrainian society, as the field of health care is one of the priority areas of social policy in the modern state, because the health of the population and the nation as a whole is the most important value and at the same time is an important component of the overall socio - economic potential of the country. The object of this study is public policy in the field of health care. The subject of this study is the problems in the field of health care and ways to solve them. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the problems, as well as ways to solve them in the field of health care from the point of view of the population of Cherkasy. To do this, he stipulated the following tasks: - to study the theoretical aspects of state policy in the field of health care; - to identify problems in the field of health care from the point of view of the population of Cherkasy; - to analyze ways to solve problems in the field of health care from the point of view of the population of Cherkasy; - based on the results of the study to draw appropriate conclusions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the proposed work is one of the studies, within which an attempt was made to comprehensively characterize the principles of state policy of Ukraine.
