dc.description.abstractНа підставі ресурсного підходу у роботі представлено методичний підхід до комплексного моделювання регіональних інтегрованих структур. Висунута робоча гіпотеза про те, що системна інтенсифікація регіональної інтегрованої структури, яка ураховує всю сукупність мережевих ефектів, може розглядатися як методологічна основа формування та розвитку практично будь-яких мережевих структур. Подається розширене трактування мережевого ефекту як взаємодії агентів інтегрованої структури з оптимальним рівнем витрат на використання необхідних для цього ресурсів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the problem of complex modeling of regional network structures proceeding from the resource-based approach, which recognizes the existence of integrated structures. It is argued that it is advisable to model regional network structures from the perspective of an integrated approach, where the following are considered as the basic components. 1. The system of network effects, as a conceptual carrier of the model of regional network structure. It is shown that network effect should be considered as certain actions to form and develop aimed at achieving the established objectives of network structure with the optimal level of costs and deviations (errors) using necessary resources for it. It is determined, that only through the relations of network structure agents between themselves and the environment, network effects and their elements in the interaction and interdependence are purposefully formed and implemented. A working hypothesis has been put forward that systemic intensification of network structure, which is aimed at the entire aggregate of its network effects, can be viewed as a methodological basis for the formation and development of almost any network structures. 2. The system of parametric characteristics of organizational and economic reliability of regional network structure. It reflects the ability of such a structure to adapt organizationally, economically, technologically and socially to temporal and spatial parameters of a competitive environment. Only systemic intensification aimed at the whole set of network effects that interact under organizational and economic reliability as an integral property of the network makes it possible to form and develop almost any regional network structures. In the paper the problem of forming regional network structure from perspectives of building effective relationships between their agents and external environment is considered. According to these factors network effects are formed and implemented at all stages of reproduction and development of its life cycle. Network effects and their interacting elements are an integral result of the aggregate relationships of their participants and only with this approach they can be most fully and correctly investigateduk_UA
