Abstract

Підприємство за ринкових умов господарювання працює як складна економічна система, характеризується постійною динамікою і нестабільністю розвитку. В такому випадку керівництво змушене швидко адаптуватися до ринкових змін, що потребує знання законів розвитку ринку і врахування нестійкості ринкового середовища. Все це в сукупності становить економічну безпеку підприємства, яка, в свою чергу, залежить від економічної безпеки держави, регіону. Фактори, що впливають на неї: ступінь досконалості законодавчої бази, рівень оподаткування, доступ на світові ринки збуту, інвестиційна привабливість регіону, держави.

All this in aggregate constitutes the economic safety of the enterprise. The economic security of an enterprise depends on the economic security of the state and the region. Factors influencing it are the degree of excellence of the legislative framework, the level of taxation, access to world markets, investment attractiveness of the region, the state. Despite the considerable amount of scientific research done by domestic and foreign scientists, the theoretical basis for the formation of the concept of "economic security in general" and "economic security" in particular is not sufficiently studied. All this led to the need to refine the theoretical and methodological principles of observance of the safe functioning and development of economic entities. The development of theoretical foundations on the issues of economic security of enterprises defined the following objectives: 1) clarification of the categorical apparatus of economic security; 2) determination of the main objectives of economic security of the enterprise; 3) clarification of the order of interconnection between the structural elements of economic security of the enterprise
