Поліпшення якості прийняття управлінських рішень в організації

Abstract

У роботі розвинуто теоретичні положення та розроблено практичні рекомендації з удосконалення ефективності та поліпшення якості прийняття управлінських рішень в організації. З’ясовано, що процес прийняття управлінських рішень в організації передбачає формування цілей розвитку, визначення строків реалізації окремих заходів, видів необхідних робіт, виконавців цих робіт, обсягів матеріальних, трудових і інвестиційних ресурсів. Зроблено висновок, що процес прийняття рішень повинен, з одного боку, володіти характеристиками адаптивності, пристосованості до змін зовнішнього середовища, а з іншого - забезпечувати стійке функціонування і розвиток організації.

The paper develops theoretical provisions and develops practical recommendations for improving the efficiency and quality of managerial decisions in the organization. It is revealed that the process of making managerial decisions in the organization involves the formation of development goals, determination of the timing for implementation of individual activities, types of necessary work, the performers of these works, and the volume of material, labor and investment resources. It is noted that in order to begin the development of the managerial decision, the following conditions must be met: a problem, a problem situation; variation (alternativity) of the situation; the person (management body) who has the right to make decisions; a system of criteria by which you can choose the best option; in order to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of managerial decisions, the decision is characterizes by the objective choice of the subject of influence management on this issue in connection with the solution of the problem. The model for evaluating the results of making managerial decisions in the coordinates of «effectiveness – efficiency – quality» has proved that the only feasible variant of managerial influence on the object of regulation and management are the consequences that are described by the specified criteria and are evaluated exclusively by their positive values. It is substantiated that an important aspect of the theory of making managerial decision is the availability of methods that allow to process both qualitative and quantitative information, and select the most necessary data from its set. The concept of making managerial decisions should cover all changes in strategy, production, management of all processes in the organization. Nowadays, the technology of making managerial decisions in the organization is viewed as one of its business processes. It is concluded that the decision-making process should, on the one hand, have characteristics of adaptability, adjustment to changes in the environment, and, on the other hand, ensure stable functioning and development of the organization.
