Сталий розвиток підприємництва: етапи та інструменти впровадження

Abstract

У статті досліджено основні цілі та характеристики корисності аспектів концепції сталого розвитку підприємництва, обґрунтовано роль сталого розвитку в підприємницькій діяльності. Визначено цілі, етапи та інструменти впровадження сталого розвитку для підприємств. Проаналізовано групи, що впливають на підприємницьку діяльність. Розглянуто процес планування діяльності підприємства на основі концепції сталого розвитку. Досліджено організаційну культуру, що підтримує сталий розвиток підприємства. Відображено основні проблеми та можливості сталого розвитку підприємництва. Запропоновано механізм для забезпечення реалізації політики сталого розвитку та підтримки внутрішньої системи моніторингу на підприємстві.

Modern globalization changes in the economy, increased competition, hard environments and dynamic changes in external factors lead to constant search for enterprises to adapt to the current conditions of functioning in the context of the concept of sustainable development. One of the important factors contributing to the rapid adaptation of enterprises is the effective set of management tools based on the concept of sustainability. Successful observance of the goals of sustainable development at the enterprise will enable the formation of long-term competitiveness and minimize potential risks of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Adoption of balanced and well-grounded management decisions, assessment of the real level of activity of the enterprise requires a monitoring system that not only monitors all development processes, but also gives a forecast for the future. The purpose of the study is to highlight the main stages of the implementation of sustainable development in the enterprise. In the article the main goals and characteristics of the aspects of the concept of sustainable development of entrepreneurship are explored, the role of sustainable development in entrepreneurial activity is substantiated. Stages of implementation of sustainable development for enterprises are determined. The groups that influence on entrepreneurial activity are analyzed. The principles and goals of sustainable development of entrepreneurship are defined. The process of planning the activity of the enterprise on the basis of the concept of sustainable development is considered. An organizational culture that supports sustainable development is explored. The main problems and possibilities of sustainable development of entrepreneurship are shown. The mechanism for implementation of the policy of sustainable development and support of the internal monitoring system at the enterprise is proposed.
