Abstract

Ціллю статті є виклад аналізу сучасних трендів та перспектив проектного менеджменту у світі. В сучасній економі, яка характеризується глобалізацією, аутсорсингом, посиленням конкуренції і швидкістю обслуговування нематеріальних активів, таких як знання і ноухау, стають ключовими фактори розвитку та виживання підприємств. Досліджено тенденції розвитку сфери інформаційних технологій у світі. На основі аналізу щорічних звітів таких світових лідерів в ІТ сфері, як Gartner, IDC та Microsoft визначено, що головними трендами у сучасному суспільстві є цифрова трансформація, хмарні технології, інтелектуалізація програмних засобів, тощо. Враховуючи те, що процеси управління проектами безпосередньо залежать від розвитку ІТ технологій, був зроблений висновок, що, проектний менеджмент у всьому світі теж чекає цифрова трансформація. І шляхом до такої трансформації є інструменти управління в віртуальному середовищі з мінімальною участю людей – цифровий проектний менеджмент.

And the global trends of IT spheres dictate the rules for creating technology and project management tools. Therefore, the direction in which the IT industry moves has been identified and thus shows which research and development are necessary for the successful development of project management. Formulating the purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to present an analysis of current trends and prospects of project management in the world. The main research material. For an understanding of trends in the field of information technology, an analyst of such global leaders as Microsoft, Gartner and IDC should be considered. The analysis showed that the most consistent trend in the IT field is the digital transformation. The next is cloud technologies. In other directions, the forecasts of world leaders in the IT industry are divergent. Conclusions and perspectives of further research. It is determined that project management in the whole world is also waiting for a digital transformation. And the path to such a transformation is the management tools in a virtual environment without people - electronic project management. So, the prospect for further research is to identify what researches in the field of digital project management are exist today.
