Застосування методів тайм-менеджменту в управлінні проектами

Abstract

У статті викладено результати емпіричного дослідження сучасних методів таймменеджменту. Аналіз літератури показав, що для планування робочого часу проектного менеджера та проектної команди доцільним є застосування основ тайм-менеджменту, що використовують для організації особистого часу. У роботі описані основні методи: розбиття задач на підзадачі, використовуючи дерево цілей та розподіл завдань між проектною командою, методи АБВ та Матриці управління часом. Як результат розроблено інструкцію для менеджера, що допоможе ефективно управляти проектами.

his article contains information and results of investigation related to modern methods of time management. A lot of managers are dedicated to self-management and self-time-management only. Very small amount of articles dedicated to team-time-management at all. Among several the most popular methods of time-management we can headline ABCmethod, that are very common in use, but all requirements of the project management could be covered by the time-management matrix aka the Eisenhower’s matrix. Also this article consist description the following methods: target tree and delegation of tasks. Results of investigations in this article would help to manage big teams in the process of work.
