Модель управління креативністю та ризиками команд освітніх проектів у сфері підвищення кваліфікації

Abstract

У статті наведено та охарактеризовано параметри креативності управління освітніми проектами та ризики, пов’язані з людьми, що мають значний вплив на успіх проекту. Автором пропонується використати за аналогією підходи щодо огранювання діамантів у проектному менеджменті на прикладі освітніх проектів у сфері підвищення кваліфікації та встановлено взаємозв’язок ризиків проекту з креативністю команди проекту. Саме глибокий всебічний аналіз цих аспектів доводить актуальність та вказує на шляхи усунення ризиків, що можуть вплинути на успіх освітнього проекту у сфері підвищення кваліфікації, в процесі управління його командою.

Although higher educational institutions have implemented project management in their activities since last 10-15 years, they still continue to use outdated approaches to the management of educational projects in the field of higher education, often passing experience of organizing and managing student education in the field of higher education to the field of professional development that is not logical and correct. These approaches require the improvement of existing experience and adaptation of project-oriented management of educational projects in the field of further training, as adult education organization has significant differences from the organization of teaching children and students. In the article, the author suggests to copy the process of cutting diamonds in project management, namely, to show the common features of diamonds processing with the management of teams of educational projects in the field of further training and relationship of project risks with the creativity of project team. It is a thorough comprehensive analysis of these aspects that proves relevance and points the ways to eliminate the risks that can affect the success of an educational project in the field of further training in the management of the team. The article presents and describes the parameters of creativity of educational projects management and the risks associated with people who have a significant impact on the success of the project. It is shown how the process of creative team management of an educational project in the field of further training can influence the achievement of the project goal. The article reveals the common features of project management and the diamond assessment system, and studies the relationship between the management of educational project in the field of further training and diamond cut.
