Abstract

Рассмотрены этапы формирования портфеля проектов для предприятий энергетики и вопросы, связанные с управлением портфелями проектов. Это, прежде всего, возможность формирования жизнеспособного и сбалансированного портфеля проектов, учитывающего стратегические цели предприятия, инвестиционную привлекательность и риски проектов.
