Abstract: Рассмотрены этапы формирования портфеля проектов для предприятий энергетики и вопросы, связанные с управлением портфелями проектов. Это, прежде всего, возможность формирования жизнеспособного и сбалансированного портфеля проектов, учитывающего стратегические цели предприятия, инвестиционную привлекательность и риски проектов.
Business environment of energy companies includes investors, consumers of energy resources, along with these stakeholders, a huge impact on the energy sector has a legal framework, market conditions, political, social and other factors. To characterize the companies in the industry are using indicators such as the complexity, uncertainty, dynamics of interest in the energy market. All of the above features and characteristics portend a very high volatility of the external environment utilities that involves the application of project management in the enterprise management. Projects basic organizational form of implementation of changes in the workplace. Management effectiveness only at the level of individual projects do not always provide the goals. Each project requires the allocation of scarce resources, depending on the characteristics (complexity, complexity). In this case, project management provides the ability to solve problems by applying portfolio management. Portfolio should have some circuits to be stable to the work program could be carried out at regular intervals. Number of projects in the portfolio at a given time depends on the size of projects, which are measured by the total amount of resources needed for the development and implementation costs of one project. In managing a portfolio of projects is a key task is the formation of a balanced portfolio. Formation of a portfolio of projects is carried out on the basis of priorities that meet the goals of the enterprise taking into account risks and constraints on resources, time, investments, etc. The main aim of creating a portfolio of projects is the formation of a group of projects to be initiated and taken to the realization, that is collecting project initiatives and applications.
