Енергетична політика Польщі в процесі трансформації енергетичної політики ЄС

Abstract

В сучасних умовах розвитку зростає актуальність енергоефективного розвитку країн та інте- граційних об’єднань. Це дозволяє забезпечити економічне зростання, підвищувати добробут населення, а також запобігти глобальним змінам клімату. Країни ЄС розробили особливий підхід до реалізації спільної енергетичної політики, що спрямований на загальне зростання енергоефективності, розви- ток відновлювальної енергетики, формування внутрішнього енергетичного ринку, а також дотримання принципів сталого розвитку. Польща активно долучається до реалізації спільної енергетичної політики ЄС, а також розробляє та реалізовує власну енергетичну політику, що спрямована на вирішення націо- нальних енергетичних проблем.

The EU common energy policy aims to ensure a gradual low-carbon energy transition, the main aim of which is to prevent global climate change. To this end, a system of energy, economic and climatic measures that meet the principles of sustainable development is being formed. Poland recognizes the importance of energy transformations and actively implements them, complementing the EU’s strategic guidelines with its own national goals. This article examines the formation of Poland’s energy policy in the process of transforming the EU energy policy. The main directions of the EU common energy policy are the formation of a unified foreign energy policy, improving the energy security of the EU countries, development and introduction of new technologies in energy, improving the energy efficiency of economic development, the introduction of energy saving in social development, reduction of negative impact on the environment, diversification of energy resources, the formation of a single energy market in the EU, the development of energy infrastructure. Poland adheres to all these directions and at the same time, taking into account the national peculiarities of development, implements its own energy changes that allow it to adapt to European requirements and respond effectively to global energy challenges. Among them, there are such directions as the effective cooperation on energy transformations within the EU, development of the institutional environment conducive to energy transformations, reduction of dangerous impact on the environment, development of infrastructure and transport, differentiation and stabilization of energy supply, innovation and investment of energy transformations, development of nuclear and renewable energy. Thus, the common energy policy of the EU and the national energy policy of Poland are closely interconnected and have common guidelines for development, at the same time they are constantly transformed in accordance with current energy threats and trends in world development.
