Розглядається питання аналізу впливу компетенцій членів проектної команди на ефективність проекту у сфері інформаційних технологій. Автори пропонують системну концепцію формування проектної команди, яка передбачає комплексне представлення функціонально узгоджених та взаємопов’язаних компонентів, а також комплексно спрямовану на підвищення ефективності ІТ-проекту з урахуванням впливу компетенцій на ефективність проекту.
