Інструментарій дослідження міжнародного співробітництва у сфері вищої освіти

Abstract

Встановлено зміст наукового інструментарію дослідження міжнародного співробітництва у сфері вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання індикаторів для оцінювання ступеня інтернаціоналізації університету та його позиціонування на всесвітньому ринку послуг вищої освіти. Охарактеризовано особливості оцінки законодавчо встановлених напрямів міжнародного співробіт- ництва у сфері вищої освіти. Встановлено наявність значної кількості світових рейтингів вищих навчальних закладів, що оцінюють ступінь інтернаціоналізації університету. Виокремлено індика- тори міжнародного співробітництва за основними світовими та українськими рейтингами вишів. Розкрито методику визначення основних індикаторів інтернаціоналізації університетів. Система- тизовано індикатори за напрямами міжнародного співробітництва у сфері вищої освіти. Згрупова- но напрями міжнародного співробітництва у сфері вищої освіти за однорідністю.

The aim of the article is to determine and systematize indicators for the research of international cooperation in higher education. The content of scientific research instruments for international cooperation in higher education is established. The expediency of the use of indicators to measure the degree of internationalization of the University and its positioning in the global higher education market is substantiated. The peculiarities of the assessment of statutory determined directions of international cooperation in higher education are characterized. The presence of a significant number of rankings of higher education institutions that evaluate the degree of internationalization of the University is determined. Indicators of international cooperation on key indices of global and Ukrainian rankings are distinguished. A technique for determining the main indicators after the directions of international cooperation of universities is disclosed. Indicators after the directions of international cooperation in the field of higher education are systematized. The directions of international cooperation in the field of higher education by uniformity are grouped. Chosen indicators for each group of directions allow to accomplish integrated assessment of the degree of international cooperation efficiency in higher education both on the level of any university or its department and on national level.
