Соціальна відповідальність вищої школи на прикладі підготовки фахівців за напрямом «Менеджмент»

Abstract

Проведено аналіз кон’юнктури ринку послуг вищої освіти в Україні у розрізі напряму підготовки «Менеджмент». Встановлено основні характеристики соціально-відповідального вищу. Проаналізовано п’ять провідних університетів України за напрямом підготовки «Менеджмент» за ступенем соціальної відповідальності. Проведен анализ конъюнктуры рынка услуг высшего образования в Украине в разрезе направления подготовки «Менеджмент». Определены основные характеристики социально-ответственного вуза. Проанализированы пять ведущих университетов Украины по направлению «Менеджмент» по степени социальной ответственности.

The aim of the article is to study conditions of higher education services in the direction of training «Management» and the characteristic of the degree of social responsibility of leading Ukrainian universities. The paper analyzes the situation of higher education services market in Ukraine in terms of the direction of training «Management». The regions of Ukraine, who are leaders in the degree of reality of applications of applicants and the degree of actual use of the license volume. The structure of the distribution of budget places, the structure of applications and the structure of enrolled students in the direction of training «Management» by regions of Ukraine. Select four field-leader in scoring the opening of the company for the last three years – Kiev, Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk. The main characteristics of a socially responsible institution: an active position to attract students, the high quality of vocational training, international cooperation and assistance in employment of graduates. Analyzed five leading universities of Ukraine in the direction of training «Management» in the degree of social responsibility on the basis of the data presented on their official websites. The basic directions of increase of public opinion in Ukraine with respect to the prestige of the direction of training «Management».
