Стратегічне партнерство бізнесу та освіти як умова активізації розвитку ІТ-сфери України

Abstract

Визначено важливість розвитку ІТ-сфери України задля повоєнного відновлення економіки країни. Продемонстровано вклад ІТ-сфери в обсяг реального ВВП України протягом останніх десяти років. Проаналізовано чинники, які дозволили забезпечити позитивні тенденції в розвитку ІТ-сфери в країні та сприяли підвищеному попиту на українських ІТ-фахівців в світі. Визначено причини процесу «витоку мозків» українських ІТ-фахівців. Обґрунтовано необхідність забезпечення тенденцій зростання якості ІТ-освіти в країні. Проаналізовано тенденції зміни рейтингу напряму «Комп’ютерні науки» серед інших напрямів та спеціальностей за кількістю поданих заяв абітурієнтами при вступі на бакалаврат. Констатовано, що розвиток ІТ-сфери стримує недостатній обсяг підготовки ІТ-фахівців закладами освіти країни. Конкретизовано умови, які мають бути покладеними в основу ефективної співпраці закладів освіти та суб’єктів господарювання регіону і країни. Визначено університети-лідери, що готують ІТ-фахівців в Україні. Продемонстровано досвід університету-лідеру щодо співпраці з представниками бізнесу. Окреслено можливі ризики неякісної організації процесу співпраці між освітою та бізнесом.

The importance of developing Ukraine's IT industry for post-war economic recovery has been identified. The contribution of the IT sector to Ukraine's real GDP over the past decade has been demonstrated. Factors that have enabled positive trends in the development of the IT sector in the country and have contributed to increased demand for Ukrainian IT specialists worldwide have been analyzed. The reasons for the "brain drain" of Ukrainian IT specialists have been identified. The need to ensure trends in the quality improvement of IT education in the country has been substantiated. Trends in the changing ranking of the "Computer Science" field among other fields and specialties based on the number of applications submitted by applicants for bachelor's degree programs have been analyzed. It has been noted that the development of the IT sector is limited by the insufficient amount of IT specialist training provided by educational institutions in the country. The conditions that should be the basis for effective cooperation between educational institutions and business entities in the region and the country have been specified. Leading universities that prepare IT specialists in Ukraine have been identified. The experience of a leading university in collaborating with business representatives has been demonstrated. Possible risks of poor organization of the cooperation process between education and business have been outlined.
