Економічна складова ризик-орієнтованого підходу до забезпечення інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств України

Abstract

Конкретизовано зміст категорії «економічний ризик». Обґрунтовано економічні складові невизначеності, що через пандемію COVID-19 з'явилися для суб'єктів господарювання. Охарактеризовано наслідки повномасштабного нападу рф на Україну. Доведено, що економічний ризик скорочує перспективи інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств України. Встановлено, що підвищення фінансового тиску ринку, боргові навантаження, обмежений доступ до кредитів та постійні зміни нормативно-правових положень в країні являються обмежувальними факторами для можливостей фінансування інноваційних проєктів. З'ясовано, що найбільший економічний ризик для можливостей активізації інноваційної діяльності пов'язаний із втратою інтелектуальних кадрів. Визначено та охарактеризовано основні складові ризик-орієнтовано підходу для активізації інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств.

Any measures aimed at various components of economic risk management are an important condition for enhancing the innovative activity of industrial enterprises in the country. The work is devoted to specifying those economic risks, the neutralization of which, thanks to the proposed measures, will make it possible to intensify the innovative development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the post-war period. The degree of relevance of the topic of economic risk is assessed based on a study of works published by scientists in publications included in the Scopus scientometric database. The intensity of scientific research in the Ukrainian scientific community on the topic of economic risks was analyzed by analyzing the content of the portal “Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine” of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadskyi. The content of the category “economic risk” is specified, which is proposed to be understood as a set of events of an economic nature that with a certain probability will occur for a specific business entity and the negative consequences of which will significantly affect the final results of the production and economic activities of the enterprise. The economic components of uncertainty that emerged for business entities due to the COVID-19 pandemic are substantiated. The consequences of russia's full-scale attack on Ukraine are characterized. It has been proven that economic risk reduces the prospects for innovative development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine. It has been established that increased financial pressure on the market, debt burdens, limited access to credit and constant changes in legal regulations in the country are limiting factors for the possibilities of financing innovative projects. It has been established that the greatest economic risk for opportunities to intensify innovation activity is associated with the loss of intellectual personnel and potential youth capable of generating and introducing innovative solutions into production. The main components of a risk-based approach for enhancing the innovative activities of industrial enterprises are identified and characterized. These included economic risk portfolio analysis, risk management strategy development, human resource development, innovative development, product and market diversification, partnerships and collaboration, cost optimization, financial stability, monitoring and tracking, and crisis management.
