Стратегії технічного розвитку в контексті цифрової трансформації та сталого розвитку

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність технічного розвитку підприємств у контексті цифрової трансформації економіки та забезпечення сталого розвитку. Акцентовано увагу на взаємозв’язку між технічним прогресом, цифровими інноваціями та соціально-екологічними аспектами діяльності підприємств. Визначено основні стратегії технічного розвитку в умовах цифровізації, серед яких інноваційно-інвестиційна, адаптаційно-інтеграційна, стратегія технологічного оновлення та стратегія інтелектуалізації виробництва. Розкрито їхній зміст, особливості реалізації та роль у підвищенні ефективності господарської діяльності. Проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій – таких як автоматизація, роботизація, використання великих даних (Big Data), цифрових двійників, штучного інтелекту та Інтернету речей – на процеси технічного переоснащення, оптимізацію виробничих систем і формування конкурентних переваг підприємств. Визначено, що цифровізація сприяє переходу від реактивного до проактивного управління технічним розвитком, забезпечує прогнозування технічних ризиків, підвищує ефективність використання ресурсів і знижує виробничі витрати. Особливу увагу приділено взаємозв’язку між технічним розвитком і цілями сталого розвитку, зокрема екологічною модернізацією виробництва, енергоефективністю та формуванням соціально відповідальних бізнес-моделей. Доведено, що технічна політика підприємства має базуватися на принципах сталості, цифрової інклюзивності та інноваційної відкритості. Запропоновано концептуальний підхід до формування комплексної стратегії технічного розвитку з урахуванням цифрових трендів, інституційних перетворень та ESG-орієнтації підприємства. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для удосконалення стратегічного планування, формування політики технічного розвитку та впровадження цифрових технологій на промислових і сервісних підприємствах.

The paper examines the essence of enterprises' technical development in the context of digital transformation of the economy and the achievement of sustainable development. Attention is focused on the relationship between technological progress, digital innovation, and socio-environmental dimensions of business activities. The main strategies of technical development in the context of digitalisation, including innovation-investment, adaptive-integration, technological renewal and production intellectualisation ones, are identified. Their content, implementation features and role in improving the efficiency of economic activities are analysed. The impact of digital technologies - such as automation, robotics, the use of Big Data, digital twins, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things - on the processes of technical modernisation, optimisation of production systems and the formation of enterprises' competitive advantages is analysed. It is determined that digitalisation promotes the transition from reactive to proactive management of technical development, provides forecasting of technical risks, increases the efficiency of resource use and reduces production costs. Special attention is paid to the relationship between technical development and sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly regarding environmental modernisation of production, energy efficiency and the formation of socially responsible business models. The paper proves that enterprises' technical policies should be based on the principles of sustainability, digital inclusiveness and innovative openness. A conceptual approach to the formation of a comprehensive technical development strategy, taking into account digital trends, institutional transformations and the ESG orientation of enterprises is proposed.
