The text examines the role of intellectual capital as a key driver of innovative development and competitiveness of enterprises, particularly in the context of Ukraine’s economic transformation and post-war recovery. It highlights the importance of human capital development, intellectual capital systems, motivation of innovative activity, and the implementation of modern organizational and technological solutions. The study also identifies key risks associated with the use of intellectual capital and proposes a comprehensive approach to its management to ensure sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.
