Трансформація економіки України в умовах інноваційного розвитку: імперативи соціальної відповідальності

Abstract

Сучасний етап розвитку економіки України характеризується глибокими трансформаційними процесами, спричиненими впливом глобалізації, цифровізації, воєнних викликів та необхідністю післявоєнного відновлення. У цих умовах особливе значення має формування інноваційно-орієнтованої моделі економіки, здатної забезпечити довгострокове економічне зростання, підвищення конкурентоспроможності та інтеграцію у світовий економічний простір. Активізація інноваційних процесів супроводжується низкою соціально - економічних дисбалансів, зокрема зростанням нерівності, змінами на ринку праці, зростанням соціальних ризиків та екологічних викликів. Це зумовлює необхідність інтеграції принципів соціальної відповідальності в процеси економічної трансформації як на рівні державного управління, так і на рівні суб’єктів господарювання. Метою цього дослідження є обґрунтування теоретичних основ та визначення практичних імперативів соціальної відповідальності в процесі трансформації економіки України в контексті інноваційного розвитку, а також розробка підходів до інтеграції принципів соціальної відповідальності в механізми управління інноваційною економікою з метою забезпечення сталого та конкурентоспроможного розвитку. У статті розглядаються особливості трансформації економіки України в контексті інноваційного розвитку з акцентом на імперативи соціальної відповідальності. Обґрунтовано, що в сучасних умовах інноваційні процеси мають супроводжуватися впровадженням принципів соціальної відповідальності як на рівні державної політики, так і на рівні суб’єктів господарювання. Визначено роль соціально відповідального управління у забезпеченні сталого економічного зростання, підвищенні конкурентоспроможності національної економіки та формуванні довіри в суспільстві. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між інноваційною діяльністю та соціальними ефектами економічного розвитку. Окреслено ключові напрями інтеграції соціальної відповідальності в механізми реалізації інноваційної моделі розвитку економіки України. Запропоновано механізм формування інноваційно-орієнтованої економіки України в умовах соціальних викликів.

The current stage of development of the Ukrainian economy is characterised by deep transformation processes caused by the influence of globalisation, digitalisation, military challenges and the need for post-war recovery. In these conditions, the formation of an innovation-oriented model of the economy capable of ensuring long-term economic growth, increasing competitiveness and integration into the world economic space is of particular importance. The activation of innovation processes is accompanied by a number of socio-economic imbalances, in particular, the growth of inequality, changes in the labour market, the growth of social risks and environmental challenges. This necessitates the integration of the principles of social responsibility into the processes of economic transformation both at the level of public administration and at the level of business entities. The purpose of this study was to substantiate theoretical foundations and determine practical imperatives of social responsibility in the process of transformation of the Ukrainian economy in the context of innovative development, as well as to develop approaches to integrating the principles of social responsibility into the mechanisms of management of the innovative economy in order to ensure sustainable and competitive development. The article examines the features of the transformation of the Ukrainian economy in the context of innovative development with an emphasis on the imperatives of social responsibility. It is substantiated that in modern conditions, innovation processes should be accompanied by the implementation of the principles of social responsibility both at the level of public policy and at the level of business entities. The role of socially responsible management in ensuring sustainable economic growth, increasing the competitiveness of the national economy and building trust in society is determined. The relationship between innovative activity and social effects of economic development is analysed. The key areas of integration of social responsibility into the mechanisms of implementing the innovative model of the development of the Ukrainian economy are outlined. A mechanism for the formation of a socially oriented innovative economy in the context of global transformations and challenges is proposed.
