dc.description.abstractАктуальність теми.
Actuality of theme. Considering the increasing anthropogenic load on the environment, it is particularly important to study the current state of water bodies to maintain ecological balance and to ensure their sustainable use. The purpose of this work is a systematic analysis of modern anthropogenic threats to biodiversity and ecological well-being of freshwater ecosystems, based on the example of the Ros and Zolotonoshka rivers. The task of work. To achieve this purpose the following tasks were solved: • the influence of environmental factors on the state of hydro-ecosystems was analyzed; • the state of water bodies was assessed by certain criteria; • the risks of rivers' transformation were assessed. The object of study is surface waters. Subject of study: water quality of the Ros and Zolotonosha rivers. Research Methods. System analysis using the scientific and methodological bases of the assessment of the state of water bodies of Ukraine by certain criteria and statistical analysis of data using specialized computer programs Microsoft Office Excel and Statistics. Research results. The environmental situation on the Ros and Zolotonosha rivers is estimated by various criteria, the losses caused to fisheries as a result of massive death of fish in Cherkasy region are calculated. It is shown that the main reasons of fish death in the reservoirs are the climate change and the systematic entry of pollutants, in particular nitrogen and polyphosphate compounds, into the aquatic environment that cause the development of eutrophication processes and pose the greatest ecological risk of deterioration of the hydro-ecosystem. Scientific novelty. For the first time, a systematic approach to the analysis of the state of the Ros and Zolotonoshka rivers was applied. The risks were graded by specific extraneous substances and the identification of the most dangerous sources affecting the status of hydro-ecosystems was made. Practical value. The prevention of surface water transformation will contribute to the ecological well-being of hydro-ecosystems and the conservation of their biodiversity. Structure and content of work. The Master's qualification work consists of the introduction, two sections, the conclusions, the list of references (65 sources), the graphic documentation to the Master's qualification work, the appendices. The full content is 89 pages of printed text, the main part is 60 pages.uk_UA
