Зміна підходів вищої школи до підготовки фахівців як виклик нової економіки

Abstract

Обґрунтовано основні проблеми вищої освіти України, що стримують наближення економіки знань в країні. Запропоновано орієнтири зміни підходів до навчального процесу підготовки бакалаврів, магістрів і PhD в Україні. В якості прикладу втілення в життя пропонованого підходу в роботі висвітлено та проаналізовано альтернативний французький досвід організації навчального процесу за принципами професіоналізації та інтеграції з суб’єктами господарювання.

Обоснованы основные проблемы высшего образования Украины, которые являются сдерживающим фактором на пути достижения страной экономики знаний. Предложены ориентиры изменения подходов к учебному процессу подготовки бакалавров, магистров и PhD в Украине. В качестве примера воплощения в жизнь предлагаемого подхода в работе освещен и проанализирован альтернативный французский опыт организации учебного процесса по принципам профессионализации и интеграции с субъектами хозяйствования.

The main problems of higher education in Ukraine are substantiated, which are a deterrent to the country’s achievement of the knowledge economy. Such problems included: the isolation of higher education from the real needs and opportunities of the country’s economy, the formality of the selection procedures for faculty, the imbalance between the theoretical and practical parts of the curriculum, the lack of funds for equipping the laboratory fund with innovative equipment and technologies, the abstract nature of scientific research conducted In educational institutions and inattention to talents both in the student environment and among teachers. The paper suggests the guidelines for changing the approaches to the training process for the preparation of bachelors, masters and PhD in the system of higher education in Ukraine. The basis of these benchmarks was the principle of professionalization of training and integration of VNZ with the profile subjects of management of the region and the country. As an example of the implementation of the proposed approach in work, an alternative French approach to the organization of the educational process in the agro-industrial lyceum is highlighted and analyzed, where the practical component plays a primary role.
