Innovative vectors of financial support for the functioning of the social sector

Abstract

У статті з’ясовано причини недофінансування соціальної сфери; обґрунтовано необхідність запровадження інноваційних підходів до фінансування соціальної сфери; запропоновано інноваційні вектори фінансового забезпечення функціонування соціальної сфери, зокрема, запропоновано інноваційні підходи (соціальне партнерство, кластерний підхід, соціальне замовлення, соціальне інвестування, доходи від продажу соціальних послуг) та інноваційні джерела (фінансові інвестиції, парафіскальні джерела).

The reasons for underfunding of the social sphere are clarified in the article; the necessity of introduction of innovative approaches to financing of the social sphere is substantiated; innovative vectors of financial support for the functioning of the social sphere are proposed, in particular, innovative approaches (social partnership, cluster approach, social order, social investment, income from the sale of social services) and innovative sources (financial investments, parafiscal sources) are proposed.
