Результативність антикризового контролінгу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто завдання оцінювання антикризового контролінгу на підприємстві, дано характеристику розробленим системам показників оцінювання ефективності контролінгу. Визначено методи оцінювання ефективності системи антикризового контролінгу з використанням кількісних і якісних вимірників. Запропоновано документи для кількісного оцінювання результатів роботи підрозділу контролінгу. Розроблено бальну методику оцінювання ефективності роботи апарату управління і підрозділу антикризового контролінгу. Розглянуто використання запропонованої методики в практичній діяльності підприємства

The article deals with the task of assessing the anti-crisis controlling in the enterprise, describes the developed systems of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of controlling. The methods for assessing the effectiveness of the anti-crisis control system using quantitative and qualitative meters are determined. Proposed documents for quantitative evaluation of the results of the work of the controlling unit. Point technique for evaluating the effectiveness of the management apparatus and the anti-crisis control unit has been developed. Measuring the effectiveness of the management system and anti-crisis control can be based on an assessment of the performance targets of the entire enterprise. To do this, it was the proposed to use methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the joint operation of the management apparatus and the anti-crisis control unit to achieve the objectives set before the enterprise.
