Історичні аспекти політичного і соціально-економічного стану Німеччини 1930-х років

Abstract

На основі історичного аналізу соціально-економічної політики німецького керівництва 1930-х років, необхідно дослідити використання цієї економічної практики з метою ширшого пізнання її ролі в побудові економіки Німеччини, а також задля розкриття особливостей політичної ситуації в Україні сьогодні. Варто звернути увагу, що на сьогоднішній день дуже багато досліджень надають інформацію про часи Третього рейху тільки в негативному контексті, але в будь-якій системі або владі є й позитивні аспекти, які необхідно розглянути. Актуальність роботи полягає в необхідності вивчення та історичного аналізу економічних, політичних, соціальних методів та особливостей в управлінні економіки Німеччини. Встановлено проблематику і визначено, що над питанням історичного дослідження організації та реформування Німеччини працювали висококваліфіковані спеціалісти і реформатори, наприклад, такі фахівці та політики, як: О. Пленков, Ф. Тодт, Я. Шахт, В. Функ, Л. Крозиг тощо. Мета дослідження полягає в тому, щоб дослідити та узагальнити історичний досвід про причини становлення та розвитку економіки Німеччини 1930-х років, використання методів та прийомів в політиці для цього розвитку, проаналізувати суть, функції і особливості економіки цього періоду.

On the basis of a historical analysis of socio-economic policies of German leadership of the 1930s, it is necessary to examine the use of this economic practice in order to gain a broader understanding of its role in German economy, as well as to reveal the particularities of the political situation in Ukraine today. It is worth noting that to date, many studies provide information about the times of the Third Reich only in a negative context, but in any system or government there are positive aspects that need to be considered. The urgency of the work is the need of study and historical analysis of economic, political, social methods and features in the management of German economy. Problems are identified and it has been determined that highly skilled specialists and reformers, such as experts and politicians O. Plenkov, F. Todt, J. Schacht, V. Funk, L. Krozig, etc., worked on the issue of historical study of the organization and reform of Germany. The purpose of the study is to explore and summarize the historical experience of the causes of the emergence and development of German economy of the 1930s, the use of methods and techniques in politics for this development, to analyze the essence, functions and features of the economy of this period
