Метод управління можливостями та загрозами в проектах агропромислового комплексу

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розробленню інструментарію для проектів агропромислового комплексу. Розроблено метод та описано алгоритм управління можливостями та загрозами в проектах агропромислового комплексу, а також сценарії управління можливостями. Метод управління можливостями та загрозами в проектах агропромислового комплексу ґрунтується на використанні інтерактивної матриці Вейріха для аналізу можливостей і загроз проектів, а на основі отриманих даних пропонується розроблення стратегій як щодо отримання максимального зиску з можливостей проекту, так і щодо боротьби з можливими загрозами проекту та посилення слабких сторін проекту. Рекомендується використовувати цей метод на фазі планування проектів агропромислового комплексу для малих та середніх суб’єктів господарювання як зручний інструмент для забезпечення cвоєчасного та адекватного реагування не лише на ризики, але й на можливості проекту.

The problem of population growth and the scarcity of resources require scientists from all over the world to work on creation of mechanisms to provide the humanity, first and foremost, with high-quality and diverse food products. Project approach to the agriculture will help to increase the production of crop and livestock products, both in Ukraine and around the world. Agrarian project risk management is an extremely important and socially responsible part of every project manager's job. To reduce the losses from risks and unused opportunities in agro-industrial projects, there is a need to develop convenient tools for farmers. The article describes the developed method and the algorithm for risks and opportunities management in the projects of agro-industrial complex. This method is based on the use of the Weirich interactive matrix to analyze the project risks and opportunities, and on the basis of the obtained data, it is proposed to develop strategies to maximize the project opportunities, to struggle against the possible project risks and to strengthen the project's weaknesses. The article also describes the scenarios of project opportunities management that will be useful to project managers in developing the strategies of project opportunities management for agro-industrial projects. It is recommended to use the method of risks and opportunities management in agro-industrial projects in the planning phase of project data for small and medium-sized economic entities as a convenient tool to ensure timely and adequate response not only to project risks but also to its opportunities
