Методика викладання управлінських дисциплін в контексті формування у студентів компетенцій ХХI століття

Abstract

Обґрунтовано необхідність формування у студентів компетенцій ХХІ століття. Визначено перелік та надано характеристику компетенцій ХХІ століття, визначених на Всесвітньому економічному форумі, які відображають зміни в переліку пріоритетних сфер компетентності ХХІ століття, важливих для бізнесу. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності постійної модернізації контенту та інструментів методики викладання управлінських дисциплін у закладах вищої освіти, спрямованої на максимальне урахування змін бізнес-середовища та сучасних трендів розвитку бізнесу. Запропоновано колекцію педагогічних методів і прийомів, спрямованих на формування у студентів компетенцій ХХІ століття, що дають змогу підвищити педагогічні спроможності викладача і зробити педагогічний процес більш яскравим та ефективним. Запропоновано застосування в навчальному процесі методичного інструментарію не лише з арсеналу методики викладання управлінських дисциплін, а ще з психології, коучингу, евристичних методів і теорії вирішення винахідницьких завдань, тренінгових методик.

Changing of business environment, increasing its complexity, unpredictability and chaos determine the need for adaptation to changes in the business environment through the constant development of competencies through life-long learning. Each year, the World Economic Forum forms a list of key competencies and skills that are critical important to business. These competencies include: integrated problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management skills, interaction, emotional intelligence, analysis and decision making, service orientation, negotiation, cognitive flexibility. These ten competencies, as well as key skills (negotiation, productivity and leadership) show changes in the list of priority areas of competence of the XXI century, important for business. The need for continuous modernization of content and tools of methods of teaching management disciplines in higher educational institutions, which is aimed at maximum adaptation to changes of the business environment and current trends in business development has been emphasized. The collection of pedagogical methods and techniques aimed on the development of the student’s competences of the XXI century according to groups of competences has been offered. The use of the proposed methods in the education process of higher educational institutions makes it possible to increase the pedagogical abilities of the teacher, to form professional competencies and to make the pedagogical process brighter and more effective. The use of methodological tools in the educational process not only from the arsenal of methods of teaching management disciplines, but also from psychology, coaching, heuristic methods and the theory of solving inventive problems, training methods has been proposed. Thus, the use of such heuristic methods as: brainstorming, synectics, brain-writing, focal object method and other methods for the formation of creativity competence is proposed. The method of six hats for the development of competence "Ability to form their own opinion and make decisions" has been offered. Based on our own experience, a method of working with news for the development of critical thinking competence has been proposed
